Xyla Foxlin


Xyla has received technical awards and recognition from NASA, Google, Apple, and more for her work in robotics and sensing systems. She's been named Crain's Cleveland Business 20 in their 20s and Cleveland's Most Interesting People of the Year in 2017. When she's not running Parihug or building robots, she is secretly training to be a Disney princess.

Dominic Montante


Dom is a multi-award winning designer with a BFA in Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art. He has a wide-range of design experience between the tech, toy and housewares industries. He is a big fan of blowing things up, either intentionally or unintentionally.

Thomas Hayes


Tom co-founded Phazon, which raised over $2 million on Indiegogo and has several patents pending. He has a wide range of experience in the automotive, aviation, and medical industries. He is also Canadian,and as such, will sell his soul for a few ounces of maple syrup.


Ken Richards


Ken is experienced in IoT and Telecommunications. He has previously worked for Ericsson and also co-founded Phazon, a company that creates wireless earbuds. When he isn't hacking away on tech projects he enjoys snowboarding and playing golf.


Colin Howell


Mathematics major at Swarthmore College. Colin has worked with the Federal Department of Business, Financial Institutions, and has published in an academic journal before the age of 18. In his free time, he works to teach underprivileged kids math through soccer.


Shannon Rogers


Shannon graduated with her English degree from Bowling Green State University and since has worked to build social media profiles for clients of all sorts from cloth diapers to non-profits. Currently living down south with her husband (thanks to the Navy) she dreams of real Ohio snow and retiring to a house full of puppies. For now, she spends her free time fostering and caring for doggos of deployed service men and women.

Michael Detrick


Michael is a full-stack and mobile developer with years of experience building and releasing apps for companies large and small. His apps have been featured by Apple and reached single-digits on the App Store charts. While not writing code, Michael enjoys improving his golf game and spending time with his family.
